Range of copper crimped fittings with EPDM ‘O’-rings for use with copper pipe manufactured to EN1057. For above and below ground use. Maximum working pressure 16 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 99°C.
Range of blue epoxy coated ductile iron dismantling fittings with EPDM sealing rings. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
‘POD’ range of indirect and direct heat interface units providing space heating and instantaneous hot water. The heat transfer is generated via plate heat exchangers. The domestic hot water (DHW) circuit incorporates an adjustable temperature mixing valve. The indirect models incorporate an expansion vessel (on the CW inlet of the DHW circuit) and a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar (on the space heating circuit). The indirect models only are supplied with a temporary filling loop, which comprises of a stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose assembly and a lever operated spherical valve for connection to the primary circuit. The angled cold water inlet incorporates an isolation valve and a branch to connect to the filling loop, which includes a double check valve assembly (verified by test, suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3). Maximum working pressure for indirect units: Primary circuit: 16.0 bar. Space heating: 2.5 bar. Secondary circuit (DHW): 10.0 bar. Maximum working pressure for direct units: Primary circuit: 10.0 bar. Space heating: 10.0 bar. Secondary circuit (DHW): 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature for domestic hot water 65°C. Maximum operating temperature for central heating and primary circuit 85°C.
