This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.

‘Pilotpack 3480, 5035, 3435, 4040, 7099, 3408, 3410 & 5020’ range of gland packings. 3480 & 3435 are dark grey coloured, graphitised PTFE based. 5035 is yellow & black coloured, graphitised PTFE/aramid based. 4040 is grey coloured, graphite based. 7099 is white coloured, acrylic/PTFE based. 3408 is white coloured, lubricated PTFE based. 3410 is white coloured, lubricated PTFE based. 5020 is light yellow coloured, lubricated aramid based. All grades are for use with water up to 85°C. For use only as gland packing material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Fibre Gulf'. GRP pipe which is has a brown/yellow coloured water contact layer and a beige coloured outer layer, manufactured by filament winding and contact moulding. For use with water up to 60°C.
'FH42Z', grey coloured, compression moulded carbon graphite disc. ‘FH82Z’, grey coloured, compression moulded carbon graphite disc was added to the approval in February 2024. Both are for use with water up to 85°C.
'Drincable'. Blue coloured, extruded, EPDM rubber electrical cable. Shore hardness 50. Tested in-radius size 0.90mm. For use with water up to 23°C. This approval is for complete cable, the blue coloured outer part being the water contact layer.
'PE-X.050'. Black coloured, extruded PEX hose. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EcoPaXX Q-DWX12 BK00002'. Black coloured, injection moulded polyamide material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Pemaron660G6W NC01'. Natural (appears off-white), injection moulded, glass-reinforced PA66 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Vydyne A 50 GF Black WR'. Black coloured, 50% glass fibre reinforced, injection moulded PA66 material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Vydyne A 30 GF Black WR'. Black coloured, 30% glass fibre reinforced, injection moulded PA66 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Vydyne A 50 GF Natural WR'. Natural (appears off-white/beige), 50% glass fibre reinforced, injection moulded PA66 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Power Plastic HDPE Pipe'. Black coloured, extruded HDPE pipe (manufactured from SABIC P6006). For use with water up to 85°C.
'AGRULINE PE100RC Pipe'. Black coloured, extruded polyethylene pipe. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Jain MDPE (PE 80) Pipe'. Blue coloured, extruded PE80 pipe. For use with water up to 65°C.
'TP13270 Green'. Green coloured polyethylene material manufactured by rotomoulding. For use with water up to 70°C.
‘Luranyl KR 2402 TW 35061, Luranyl KR 2403 G4 TW 26343 & Luranyl KR 2403 G6 TW 26343’. Black coloured, injection moulded polyphenyleneoxide/polystyrene materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'AH40-7484Z'. White coloured, injection moulded PPE material. For use with water up to 65°C.
'G40 SA'. Natural (appears cream), injection moulded PPS material. For use with water up to 65°C.
'K.P.T. Pipe'. Green coloured (with blue stripe), extruded pipe. For use with water up to 70°C.
