ALTAIR V5 Type A3 range of inline and concentric water meters. Inline models have brass or plastic bodies, concentric models are available with DZR brass or plastic bodies, the MCI model has a plastic body. Incorporates a plastic strainer. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of water meters with (blue epoxy coated) brass bodies and plastic working chamber. The inlets incorporate a plastic filter. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 50°C
Range of water meters with DZR brass bodies and EPDM ‘O’-rings. The inlet incorporates either a plastic or stainless steel strainer (see model). The product is supplied loose fibre gaskets for installation on the inlet and outlet. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Pentobox range of water meter manifolds with plastic bodies and an integral spherical valve on the inlet. The models incorporate a non-return valve, (not suitable for backflow protection). Compression models are for use with metric and imperial PE80 pipe (manufactured to BS EN 12201). Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of hose assemblies. Models B0301-148036-000 & B0301-148038-000 comprise of a spherical valve, stainless-steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose and double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 3). Model B0301-148037-000 comprises of a double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 3), stainless-steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose and ‘T’ type spherical valve. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of flow sensors with or without brass bodies. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
Range of pumps, single and 4-stage, with stainless steel bodies and plastic impellers. The pumps are housed within a plastic casing. The outlets of the WGZ15-20EA, WGZ15-45EA and WGZ15-45EAB models incorporate a non-return valve. The WGZ15-35EA.and WGZ15-35EAB models have a twin pump arrangement which incorporates a non-return valve within the connecting pipe between the pumps. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 95°C.
Range of multistage centrifugal pumps, with stainless steel bodies (CRN models) or black coloured cataphoretic electrodeposition coated cast iron bodies (CR models), stainless steel sleeve and impellers. The products can be supplied with or without a sensor. Maximum working pressures (no. of stages in brackets): CR/CRN 95 (1-5): 16.0 bar. CR/CRN 95 (6-8): 25.0 bar. CRN 95 (9-12): 40.0 bar. CR/CRN 125 (1-4): 16.0 bar. CR 125 (5): 25.0 bar. CRN 125 (6-7): 25.0 bar. CRN 125 (8-12): 40.0 bar. CR 155 (1-4): 16.0 bar. CRN 155 (1-4): 16.0 bar. CRN 155 (5-6): 25.0 bar. CRN 155 (7-11): 40.0 bar. CR/CRN 185 (1-3): 16.0 bar. CR/CRN 185 (4-5): 25.0 bar. CR/CRN 185 (6-8): 40.0 bar. CR/CRN 215 (1-3): 16.0 bar. CR/CRN 215 (4-5): 25.0 bar. CR/CRN 215 (6-7): 40.0 bar. CR/CRN 255 (1-3): 16.0 bar. CR/CRN 255 (3-4): 25.0 bar. CR/CRN 255 (5-6): 40.0 bar. When a sensor is incorporated the maximum working pressure is as follows: 25.0 bar with either the IPS44 or VTU sensor, (unless they are used on a pump with a maximum working pressure of 16.0 bar, in this instance the lesser pressure applies). The MBS3000 sensor can be used on all models, the pump maximum working pressure applies. Cold water use only.
Range of wall mounted shower panels. The flow is controlled via a solenoid valve which is operated via an infrared sensor located at the bottom of the panel. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar.
