Cure for 4 hours@45°C (R.H. 85%). For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NextGen NP-F9500 PW'. Factory applied, blue coloured powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'FBE/ REV00 01-02-201'. Cure for 3 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.

The substrate the coating is to be applied to is heated to 310°C for 30 minutes and the coating applied as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-09-19 Rev. 6' dated April 22, 2020. Cure for 10 minutes@270°C. The white coating is for use with water up to 23°C. The grey coating is for use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Jindal Saw Limited Ordinary Portland Cement - 53 Grade'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a xx ratio of 1:1.5:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's Work Instructions 'JSAW/AP01/DISP/PRO/WI-09', version '2.0', effective date '01.05.2023'. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C.

'PA6059 Pure Polyester Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyester coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'file no. FP180515 version 2' dated May 25, 2018. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sinopec Water Pipeline Joint Lubricant (Si) (product code: 509164)'. Clear, translucent silicone base lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. No cure required. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Hylon N1040 H2 BK397 W & Hylon N1030 H2 BK397 W'. Black coloured, injection moulded, glass fibre filled polyamide materials. For use with water up to 60°C.
'AASTER 962'. Brown coloured (translucent), injection moulded Polyester resin material. For use with water up to 50°C.
