‘Concept’ & ‘Advance’ ranges of atmospheric steaming ovens. The products incorporate a retractable triple layered hose on a reel and a push-button operated shower handset. The inlet of the shower handset incorporates a single check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection The water supply is controlled via a solenoid valve. The retractable hose has its own dedicated supply also controlled via a solenoid valve. The products are supplied with dual layer supply hoses (grey PVC outer layer/black PVC inner layer) with ¾” captive nut end connections, and chrome plated DZR brass ½” BSP (F) x ¾” BSP (M) double check valve assemblies (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3) for installation on each inlet. Maximum working pressure 4.0 bar. Cold supply only.

Product incorporates a drain plug after the inlet check valve cartridge. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.

The spout outlet incorporates a flow straightner. Maximum working pressure 6.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of deck mounted self-closing pillar taps (chromium plated brass), incorporating a spring-loaded headwork with a dome type operating member. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic flow straightener. During January and February 2022, the products are supplied with metal back nuts. From March 2022, the products are supplied with plastic backnuts. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum working temperature 60°C.
Range of shower hoses available in a variety of external sheath materials and finishes (see models) with EPDM washers. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
