For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe AC1003XT'. Factory applied, green coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 8 June 2021. Cure for 5 minutes@235°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Cementitious Coating 851 White'. Site applied, light grey coloured (once mixed), two-component cementitious coating. Mix Part A (white liquid) with Part B (powder) in a weight ratio of 1:4 then apply in accordance with manufacturer's instructions '851 /031/012' dated 'July 2021'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Nitocote CM210 '. Site applied, grey coloured, two-component cementitious coating comprising of Nitocote CM210 White (base coat) and Nitocote CM210 grey (top-coat). 'Nitocote CM210 White' (base coat) consists of Part A (white coloured powder) and Part B (white coloured liquid) to be mixed in a mass ratio of 100:27.7. Cure for 4 hours@20°C. 'Nitocote CM210 grey' (top-coat) consists of Part A (grey coloured powder) and Part B (white coloured liquid) to be mixed in a mass ratio of 100:27.7. Cure for 8 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
