'DURACON® EX-09 WK2001' & 'EX-09 WK2001BG'. White coloured, injection moulded acetal materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'DURACON® GH-25 WK3500'. White coloured, injection moulded POM material. For use with water up to 65°C.
'ABS Dev1236 White'. White coloured, injection moulded ABS material. For use with water up to 60°C.
'CD 101 Grey Sealing Disc'. Grey coloured ceramic disc component manufactured by powder pressing, sintering and grinding. For use with water up to 85°C.
'AK-SSIC'. Grey coloured, sintered silicon carbide ring component. Between January 2024 and March 2024, the component is for use with water up to 23°C. From April 2024, the component is for use with water up to 85°C.
'JSC-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand:water: cement in a 1.5:1.0:1.0 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'GB0012023', edition 'A1'. dated '2023-10-10'. Cure for 24 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LUBERPOX-2K-DS-LACKFARBE (IV81 & IW81)’ – blue coloured and ‘LUBERPOX-2K-DS-LACKFARBE (IV81812 & IW81)’ – red coloured’. Factory applied, two component, epoxy coatings consisting of IV81 or IV81812 (base) and IW81 (hardener). Mix IV81 or IV81812 (base) & IW81 (hardener) in a mass ratio of 5:1 or volume ratio of 3.5:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s data sheets ‘Rev: 04 – 04.12.2023’ (blue) or ‘Rev: 03 – 04.12.2023’ (red). Cure for 20 minutes@22°C and then 40 minutes@75°C. For use with water up to 65°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JBG-SRPC Plus'. Factory applied, sulphate resisting Portland cement intended to line ductile iron pipes. Mix sand:cement:water in a 3:2:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'JBIL/IFU-01' dated '29.01.2024'. Cure for 28 days@40°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JBG-OPC Plus'. Factory applied, grey coloured, ordinary Portland cement intended to line ductile iron pipes. Mix sand:cement:water in a 3:2:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'JBIL/IFU-01' dated '29.01.2024'. Cure for 28 days@40°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LRPOLO22-V'. Factory applied, clear vinyl-ester resin. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'LRF-QAC-FM-003, Rev 02', dated '27th Dec 2022'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LRPOLO22-ISO'. Factory applied, yellow coloured Isophthalic Polyester Resin. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'LRF-QAC-FM-002, Rev 02', dated '27th Dec 2022'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 45°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NATZINC EP9015 SC PART A-BI.5431 Primer for use with HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190 Coating’. Factory applied, dark blue coloured (once applied), powder coating for use with two-part epoxy primer. Mix parts A & B of primer in a 100:10 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS dated February 2024. Cure for 24 hrs at 20°C. Apply coating as per manufacturer’s TDS dated February 2024 and cure for 21 days at 20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KAJ1207'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'file no. I01-KAJ1207' dated '2019.1.14'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'OBE-5378'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user instructions 'OBE-HG-001', edition 'A1', issue date '2023-OCT.-11st'. Cure for 10 minutes at 190°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JM 9-2910'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'edition no.1', issue date 2019-9-5. Cure for 15 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`WEY-Black, WEY-Red & WEY-Blue`. Factory applied epoxy coatings. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's TDS dated '24/11/2021'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TEFRO®cor 150SW-LV'. Grey coloured, factory applied epoxy coating. Mix in a 6:1 weight ratio (4:1 volume ratio) and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet, 'Revision Status 02/11/2023'. Cure for 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'18521 Kanepox Lining Free Cream or Red for use with Kanepox Hardener 0362'. Factory applied, two-part, cream or red coloured epoxy coatings consisting of component A (18521) and component B (0362). Mix and apply as per date sheet ‘Rev. No. 11’ dated February 2018. Cure for 7 days@23°C. The cream coating is for use with water up to 50°C. Between February 2024 and August 2024, the red coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024 the red coating is for use with water up to 50°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
