This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Fastfill'. Site applied, grey coloured cementitous mortar. Mix Fastfill and water in a 7.14:1 mass ratio. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ferolite NAM 30'. Green coloured fibre/NBR gasket material manufactured by calendaring. Shore hardness 42A. For use with water up to 65°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.

'GJ-yzxj-V40 EPDM valve seat'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM valve seat. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 3.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EPDM4570‐70/Jinan Hongde Gasket Material'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM sheet material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘SuraSil GP40 - SuraSil GP70’. Extruded silicone rubber components available in translucent, blue, white, red & black colours. Shore hardness between 40 & 70. The components and their tested in-radii sizes are; Tubes - in-radii between 0.77mm & 4.81mm. Cords - in-radii between 0.5mm & 18.07mm. Strips - in-radii between 1.0mm & 5.23mm. Profiles - in-radii between 1.0mm & 13.00mm. Squares - in radii between 1.0mm & 15.38mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'kSil GP40 - GP-70'. Extruded, silicone rubber material available in translucent (which appears off-white), black, white, red and blue colours. Shore hardness between 40 & 70. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.15mm & 6.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘ELASTOSIL® R plus 4303/60 mH (60), ELASTOSIL® R plus 4303/70 mH (70) and ELASTOSIL® R plus 4303/80 mH (80)’. Extruded, natural (appears white in colour) platinum cured HTV silicone rubber with a shore hardness of between 60 & 80. Tested in-radius size 2.0mm. The rubbers may also be coloured using the following ELASTOSIL® Color Pastes PT in a maximum of 1% content: PT Carbon black RAL 9005. PT Red brown RAL 3013. PT Red RAL 3000 F.
