This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'68093X'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply per manufacturer's instructions 'V2.3' dated March 2018. Cure for 20 minutes@200°C For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Tecnoplast GRVE pipe'. Translucent, light green coloured, GRP pipe manufactured by hand lay-up. For use with water up to 23°C. From July 2024 the pipe is for use with water up to 60°C.
'Novagard Versilube G662'. Colourless (translucent) silicone lubricant. Apply as per packaging instructions. For use with water up to 65°C.
'POLYWORK® H2G50DW NC' (appears off-white) & 'POLYWORK® H2G50DW BK' (black coloured). Injection moulded glass fibre reinforced PA66+PA6I/6T materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Vydyne A SG Natural WR'. Natural (appears white in colour), injection moulded PA 66 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'BWRB1620200'. In July 2024 the following pipes were added to the approval: ‘BWRB1620100, BWRB2020200, BTRB2525100 & BTRB3230100. Triple layered, extruded pipes consisting of an off-white coloured PERT inner layer, aluminium middle layer and white coloured PERT outer layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
'PARIXIT HDPE PIPE'. Black coloured (with blue coloured stripes), extruded HDPE pipe. For use with water up to 65°C.
‘Drinkflex Aquarius 3G1, 3G1,5, 3G2,5, 3G4, 4G1, 4G1,5, 4G2,5, 4G4 & 4G6’ range of polyolefine cables. The cables have an extruded, blue coloured polyolefine outer (water contact) layer and are available with 3 or 4 internal cores. For use with water up to 23°C.
'PT0469'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 1.3mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EP7001165PWRC'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EPDM HT5697-4A'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. Between May 2024 and October 2024, the material was for use with water up to 50°C. Between November 2024 and May 2029, the material is for use with water up to 60°C.
‘ME0996’ components. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR rubber components. ‘O’-rings with an in-radius size of between 0.5mm & 5.0mm. Shore hardness between 40 & 90. Between November 2023 and April 2024, the approval included gaskets with an in-radius size of 5.0mm. Shore hardness 40. From May 2024 the gasket range was extended to include gaskets with an in-radius size of between 0.5mm & 5.0mm. Shore hardness between 40 & 90. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘LS40T-0301, LS50T-0301, LS60T-0301, LS70T-0301 & LS80T-0301’. Injection moulded, liquid silicone rubber sheet material, available in white, grey, black, blue, green, natural (unpigmented) & red colours. Shore hardness between 40SH-A & 80SH-A. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'kSil GP200, kSil GP250, kSil GP350, kSil GP400, kSil GP450 & kSil GP530'. Pale yellow/white coloured, extruded silicone rubber cellular sponge materials. Shore hardness between 37 & 70. Tested in-radii sizes between 1.53mm & 1.76mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Loctite 648'. Dark green coloured anaerobic adhesive. This product is to be applied and cured in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. For use with water up to 85°C.
'POKETONE’ range of natural (appears light brown), grey and black, injection moulded Polyketone materials. For use with water up to 85°C. 'M(a)3FG(b)A-NP0, M(a)3FG(b)A-GY(c), M(a)3FG(b)A-BK(c)'. (a) indicates the MI(g/min) or viscosity of its neat resin and is replaced with: 9 = 150~250, 3 = 40~80, 6 - 4~8 or 7 = 2~4. (b) indicates the content of glass fibre and is replaced numbers between 1 & 9 (9 indicating the maximum of 50%). NP0 indicates natural material, GY indicates grey material & BK indicates black material. (c) can indicate a random product number of each grade OR the ratio of carbon black and is replaced with numbers between 0 & 9.
Range of screw down stop valves with plastic bodies incorporating EPDM ‘O’-rings and seal. For use with PE-X pipe (manufactured to BS7291-3), BPB pipe (manufactured to BS7291-2) and copper pipe (manufactured to EN1057). Maximum working pressure and operating temperatures: 12.5 bar @ 20°C & 6.0 bar @ 65°C.
Range of single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (stainless steel or brass bodies – various finishes). Flow is controlled via solenoid valve (housed in a control box) actuated via an infra-red sensor, the inlets to the control box incorporate stainless steel strainers. The spout outlets incorporates plastic aerators. The products incorporate a stainless steel PEX lined flexible hose assembly, connecting the tap to the solenoid valve.
