Mix resin and hardener in a weight ratio of 77:23 and apply as per manufacturer's Data Sheet dated '10/05/2019'. Cure for 10 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'PPA 571 ES Blue 536'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyolefin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '08/2022'. Cure for 20 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Powercron® 451 A – CP 573 B ITT Lowara'. Factory applied, blue coloured cationic resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'LT/I-21-090' dated 'Sep 9, 2021'. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote 468 Thixo Brun Rouge 500'. Factory applied, red/brown coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a weight ratio of 70:30 and apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet version edit '23/01/202. Cure for 10 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EXCELLUBE B300'. Factory applied, black coloured PTFE (low friction) coating. Apply as per instructions ‘issue 1’, dated 23.01.18. Cure for 20 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'EPIZEEL FA'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's application manual 'E/DGHB-AP/02', 'revision No. 0.0', 'issue date 22.11.2021'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval.
