Range of in-line, manually adjustable pressure reducing valves with DZR brass bodies. The RP1XX and RP2xx models can be supplied with a low- or high-pressure spring. The RP800 model is only available with a high-pressure spring. The RP1XX and RP2xx models can be pre-set from the factory at any value between the spring adjustment range (see below), e.g., the RP135 model will have a high-pressure spring and is pre-set at 3.5 bar. The RP800 is provided pre-set from the factory at 2.8 bar. Maximum inlet supply pressure 5.0 bar. Low-pressure spring adjustment range between 1.0 bar - 2.0 bar. High-pressure spring adjustment range between 2.1 - 5.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of angled pressure relief valves (3.5 & 6.0 Bar) with DZR brass bodies. PREL107020 is for use with copper pipe manufactured to BS EN 1057. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
Range of inline, angled or tee type spherical valves with brass (CP5R models), nickel plated brass (CP12 and CP02 models) or chromium plated brass (CP13 models) bodies, brass (10.20105.22X.CP5R-8510 and 10.20105.28X.CP5R-8510 models) or chromium plated brass (all other models) balls. The valves are either screwdriver, lever or butterfly handle operated (see model). The compression connections are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN1057). Maximum working pressure 25.0 bar (10.60145.015.CP12-8510 and 10.61055.022.CP12-8510 models) or 16.0 bar (all other models). Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of screwdriver operated spherical valves incorporating brass bodies and chrome plated brass ball. The compression and press-fit connections are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN1057). Jointing of the press-fit connection is achieved via a crimping tool using a ‘M’ profile. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of in-line hex key operated spherical valves incorporating nickel plated or chromium plated brass bodies and chromium plated brass balls. The compression connections are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN1057). Maximum working pressure 25.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
