Mix Apcoflor MFP 140 Primer in a 1:1 mix ratio and apply as per Product Data Sheet ‘Version ‘0’, dated ‘Aug.2007’. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix and apply Smartcare Polyurea PW Coating as per Product Data Sheet ‘V01’, dated ‘8/2022’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Cementitious Coating 851 Grey'. Site applied, two part, grey coloured cementitious waterproof mortar which can be applied as a one-coat or two-coat system Mix liquid (Part A) and powder (Part B) in a weight ratio of 1:3.92 and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions 'Bulletin No.851 /031/012' dated July 2021. When using as a one-coat system cure for 21 days@7°C. When using as a two-coat system cure coat one for 1 hour@7°C and cure coat two for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'ELEC GRP Pipe A'. Brown coloured GRP pipe manufactured by filament winding. For use with water up to 23°C.

'BÜFA®-ISO-Gelcoat 3000-H 572-9735 & Synolite 5410-P-4'. Grey coloured, unsaturated polyester gelcoat with a hand-laid unsaturated polyester resin and fibreglass laminate. Apply and cure in accordance with manufacturer's user guides 'Q-035, issue 1' & 'BUKUG 1001, issue 1' dated 19/08/2020. For use with water up to 23°C.
'509 OE/UHMWPE' hose, manufactured by mandrel wrapping and vulcanisation. Multi-layered hose comprising of a clear PE inner layer, blue coloured EPDM second layer, white coloured reinforcement third layer, blue coloured EPDM fourth layer, grey coloured helix wire fifth layer and blue coloured EPDM outer layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
`TUB05`. Extruded, dual layered hose consisting of a clear PE liner and black coloured EPDM outer layer. Shore hardness 85. For use with water up to 85°C.
'PE-BWG'. Transparent, extruded, single layer, polyethylene hose. For use with water up to 85°C.
'FlowGuard™'. Tan coloured, extruded CPVC pipe. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TCM585RE'. Red coloured chemical anchor resin supplied in a pre-weighed dual cartridge. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '21.07.2021'. Cure for 48 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
