Cure for 30 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, Wilo Grün nach Muster/IW80 Hardener (green coloured) & Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, RAL 9011 Graphitschwarz/IW80 Hardener (black coloured). Factory applied epoxy coatings. Mix in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per Berger-Lacke Technical Data Sheet (rev. 41-06.11.2023). Cure for 7 days at 22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'RTU AL 5002'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'TDS/05002', version '09-2023' and fire for 7 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'PPA571ES Black 700 & PPA571 Black 700'. Factory applied Polyolefin PE Coatings. Apply 'PPA571 Black 700' by fluidised bed according to manufacturer's data sheet '08/2022' and dip in the bed for 5-8 seconds. Apply 'PPA571ES Black 700' by electrostatic spray according to manufacturer's data sheet '08/2022'. Cure for 190-200°C for 20 mins. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Pilotpack 3480, 5035, 3435, 4040, 7099, 3408, 3410 & 5020’ range of gland packings. 3480 & 3435 are dark grey coloured, graphitised PTFE based. 5035 is yellow & black coloured, graphitised PTFE/aramid based. 4040 is grey coloured, graphite based. 7099 is white coloured, acrylic/PTFE based. 3408 is white coloured, lubricated PTFE based. 3410 is white coloured, lubricated PTFE based. 5020 is light yellow coloured, lubricated aramid based. All grades are for use with water up to 85°C. For use only as gland packing material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Drincable'. Blue coloured, extruded, EPDM rubber electrical cable. Shore hardness 50. Tested in-radius size 0.90mm. For use with water up to 23°C. This approval is for complete cable, the blue coloured outer part being the water contact layer.
‘LURANYL® KR 2402 TW 35061, LURANYL® KR 2403 G4 TW 26343 & LURANYL® KR 2403 G6 TW 26343’. polyphenyleneoxide/polystyrene. In May 2025, ‘LURANYL® KR 2403 G2 TW GY4090-24’ & ‘LURANYL® KR 2403 G6 TW GY4040-24’, dark grey coloured, injection moulded polyphenyleneoxide/polystyrene materials were added to the approval. In November 2025, ‘LURANYL® KR 2403 G2 TW 26343’, black coloured, injection moulded polyphenyleneoxide/polystyrene material was added to the approval. All grades are for use with water up to 85°C.
