The inlets incorporate single check valves cartridges; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Range of assisted bathing units. The flow is controlled via an electronic thermostatic mixing valve which can feed either a bath spout outlet or shower handset. The discharge from both the bath spout and shower handset are via a type AUK 3 airgap, verified by measurement, suitable for fluid category 5 backflow protection.
