'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ for use with ‘Conplast RP264 Admixture'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed) cementitious mortar and admixture. 'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ comprises of cement, sand and Microsilica. Mix cement and sand dry in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. Add the microsilica in a 1:0.05 mass ratio with the cement content. Add water in a cement/water mass ratio of 1:0.32. Add the admixture in an admixture/ cement ratio of 8ml:1000g. Mix rigorously until an even consistency is achieved and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions reference ‘2328’, dated 13/01/2023. Cure for 28 days@ between 10°C and 35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Tiefill'. Site applied, grey coloured cementitious repair mortar. Mix Tiefill with water in a weight ratio of 9.4:1 and apply in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use 'bulletin no. TFILL/031/003, issued 'July 2020'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Atlac 430'. Yellow coloured, vinyl ester resin material manufactured by filament winding. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Borsafe ME3440 (black), Borsafe ME3444 (blue) & Borsafe ME3440-W (black)'. PE80 materials suitable for injection moulding and extrusion purposes. For use with water up to 60°C.
'PPE HY3140G'. Black coloured, injection moulded PPE material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'RP2400'. White coloured, extruded polypropylene pipe. For use with water up to 85°C.
'BOSS 79024607'. White coloured, extruded PTFE tape. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Inoflon® GN7040 & Inoflon® MGN7045'. White coloured, compression moulded PTFE materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘TWK7534, TWK5810, TWK5811, TWK5812, TWK5813, TWK5814, TWK5815’. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM materials. Shore hardness between 55A & 85A. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'4711'. Black coloured, compression moulded NBR rubber. Shore hardness 71. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C. From December 2023, the material is suitable for use with water up to 85°C.
