'DURACON®M90-44 WK3068'. Black coloured, injection moulded POM material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'KEPITAL F10-03H BBK & KEPITAL F10-03H BK'. Black coloured, injection moulded POM materials. For use with water up to 85°C. 'KEPITAL F10-52H'. Natural (appears white), injection moulded POM material. For use with water up to 40°C.
'TIANYI SUNS-012'. Factory applied, black coloured, bituminous coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user instructions 'File No.: Tianyi Suns-0024, Version: TYS-03, Date of issue: 2021-05-05'. Cure for 2 hours @60°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Valcoat Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Pre-heat the substrate and apply as per manufacturer's TDS with issue '01.04.2023'. Post-cure for 5-7 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TM-cement-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix sand/cement/water in a weight ratio of 1.7:1.0:0.74 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TM20231122-A0', dated 2023-11-22. Cure for 6 hours@25°C (±2°C). Between November 2023 and November 2024, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. Between December 2024 and November 2028, the material is for use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Cleantech PW'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix component A and component B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's product data sheet 'CCPL/TDS/R11/CRC/17-18/04/R6/spray'. Cure for 7 days@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Pipeclad 704G'. Factory applied, green coloured fusion bonded epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Information '704G_TDS', revised 'August 16,2022'. Post-cure for 12 minutes@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the post-curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the post-cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CY7000 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction manual 'YS-QNS-WZBC-2021W', dated 'May 20, 2021'. Cure for 15 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'C21 Dyopox PTW White'. Factory applied, two-part, creamy white coloured epoxy resin coating. Mix base and hardener in a mass ratio of 4:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated '2011'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Planiflex PF41'. Green coloured fibre sheet material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation.
'Tecnoplast GRVE pipe'. Translucent, light green coloured, GRP pipe manufactured by hand lay-up. For use with water up to 23°C. From July 2024 the pipe is for use with water up to 60°C.
'Akoalit PB 4237 and Akoalit PB 4238 White'. Grey or white coloured, extruded PB materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'LK PE-Xa pipe'. The pipes are either single layered or multi-layered (3 or 4 layers). The single layered, extruded pipes are natural (off-white coloured) PE-Xa. The multi-layered, extruded and IR cross-linked pipes have a natural (off-white coloured) PE-Xa inner layer, an adhesive layer, an oxygen barrier layer based on EVOH and then an optional 4th, adhesive layer. All are for use with water up to 85°C.
'BWRB1620200'. In July 2024 the following pipes were added to the approval: ‘BWRB1620100, BWRB2020200, BTRB2525100 & BTRB3230100. Triple layered, extruded pipes consisting of an off-white coloured PERT inner layer, aluminium middle layer and white coloured PERT outer layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Drinkflex Aquarius 3G1, 3G1,5, 3G2,5, 3G4, 4G1, 4G1,5, 4G2,5, 4G4 & 4G6’ range of polyolefine cables. The cables have an extruded, blue coloured polyolefine outer (water contact) layer and are available with 3 or 4 internal cores. For use with water up to 23°C.
'PTFE G453'. Black coloured, extruded PTFE material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'RRS 502B GR1500'. In February 2025, ‘RRA 410B GR1500’ was added to the approval. Dark grey coloured, injection moulded PVC materials. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Chemfix CH+ MAX'. Site applied, two-part (supplied with internal mixing nozzle so no manual mixing required), brown coloured chemical anchor resin. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 18/05/2022. Cure for 4 days@5°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
