'ENDOPRENE® 891.20 RACCORD'. Factory applied, cream coloured two-part polyurethane coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s technical data sheet 'Doc. 087' (version dated 01/07/2011). Cure for 48 hours at 20°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Cepox P05/95'. Factory applied, two part, yellow coloured epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet dated 19/11/2021. Cure for 16 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'DAT-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a weight ratio of 34.4:44.9:20.7. Cure for 8 hours@50°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MS519'. Factory applied, blue coloured Porcelain Enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 2021.6.23. Dry for 2 hours@100°C before firing for 10 minutes@860°C For use with water up to 75°C. This material is only approved for the drying and firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the drying and/or firing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`Belzona 1321`. Site applied, two-part, epoxy amine coating available in grey or blue colours. Mix base and hardener in a 11:1 mass ratio. Apply and cure as per manufacturer’s IFU ‘FN10026’, publication number ’02-09-21’. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
