'EDELPOXY FN 132 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's IFU reference 'PC 132' dated 'January 28, 2020'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. ‘Intercrete 4820’. Site applied, grey coloured waterproof mortar. Mix Intercrete 4820 & water in a mass ratio of 8.33:1. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Interline 925 White with Ceilcote 680M Primer'. Site applied, white coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating comprising of a two-component primer and two-component top-coat. The primer (Ceilcote 680M) comprises of Part A (uncoloured liquid) and Part B (uncoloured liquid). Mix Parts A and B in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cure for 10 days@30°C. The top-coat (Interline 925 White) comprises of Part A (white coloured, opaque paint) and Part B (white coloured, opaque paste). Mix Parts A and B in a 4.99:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'MES Precast Tank Concrete Mix'. Factory made, grey coloured concrete & additive. Mix ingredients in the following percentages: Cement 19.10 %, Water 7.56 %, Coarse Aggregate 38.76 %, Fine Aggregate 34.46 %, Plastiment 186 0.03 % & ViscoCrete 0.12 %. Cure for 7 days@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Novapress Ambition’ (grey coloured) and ‘Novaform 660' (light green on one side and beige on the other). Fibre/NBR gasket materials manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Tesnit BA-U'. Blue coloured fibre/NBR material. In March 2023, 'Tesnit BA-U', yellow coloured fibre/NBR material was added to the approval. Both blue and yellow are manufactured by calendaring and are for use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Tesnit BA-50'. Green coloured NBR/fibre material manufactured by calendering. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'SF2800 & SF2400'. Green coloured, nitrile rubber/aramid material manufactured by calendering. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Novus 30'. Orange coloured, nitrile rubber/aramid fibre gasket material manufactured by calandering. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at reduced surface area to volume ratio.
