The piece to be coated is to be pre-heated to 330°C for 10 minutes, the primer and coating applied in accordance with user instructions 'Dircom - 4418E/05.2015/20' and then cured for 10 minutes@330°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EDELPOXY FNSL 151'. Factory applied, two-component, grey coloured epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a 2:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions for use, reference number 'PC 151', dated January 16, 2015. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL'. Factory applied, grey coloured ordinary portland cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio and apply as per work instructions 'JSAW/SMG/DISP/PRO/WI-11', version '3.3', effective date '15.04.2024'. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL (OPC-JKL)'. Factory applied, grey coloured ordinary portland cement.
