'PMSP5108-M'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user manual 'edition 01', dated '14/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote 480 FC'. Site applied, red coloured (once mixed), two part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix, apply and cure (fully dry) in accordance with manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 23/09/2021. For use with water up to 23°C.
'UPS 505 WAU Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet ‘TDS – UPS505WAU - Version 6 – August 2022'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Belzona 5892'. Site applied, epoxy coating consisting of Belzona 5892 (white – Parts A & B) & Belzona 5892 (grey – Parts A & B). Belzona 5892 (white – Parts A & B) are mixed in a weight ratio of 5.7:1 and then applied as a first coat (no cure) in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10106’, publication number ’04-11-20(01)’. Belzona 5892 (grey – Parts A & B) are mixed in a weight ratio of 5.7:1 and then applied to the white in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10106’, publication number ’04-11-20(01)’. The final coating is then cured for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Polycor LP Gel Coat reinforced with Norsodyne H 13212 TAE laminating resin’. ‘NORSODYNE H 13212 BTAE laminating resin’ was added to the approval in July 2024. ‘Polycor LP Gel Coat’ is a brush or spray applied polyester resin gel coat, available in white or grey colours and is reinforced with Norsodyne H 13212 TAE or NORSODYNE H 13212 BTAE glass fibre laminate. Apply the brush grade as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet ‘7100’ dated 10.10.17 and apply the spray grade as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet ‘7200’ also dated 10.10.17. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YD-PEX' hose. Natural (white coloured), extruded single layered PEX hose. In May 2024 ‘YD-PEX-BL’ hose was added to the approval. Black coloured, extruded, single layered PEX hose. Both are for use with water up to 85°C.
'420 OE UHMWPE'. Multi-layered (7 layers), Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene hose manufactured by wrapping on a mandrel. The inner layer is white coloured polyethylene, and the outer layer is blue coloured rubber. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Sinopec Drinking Water Pipeline Sealing Lubricant (Product Code: 523478)'. White coloured lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Berulub FO 34'. White coloured lubricant. For use with water up to 85°C.
'POLYPOL-1045'. Yellow coloured, contact moulded Isophthalic Unsaturated Polyester Resin material. For use with water up to 50°C.
