'POKETONE’ range of natural (appears light brown), grey and black, injection moulded Polyketone materials. For use with water up to 85°C. 'M(a)3FG(b)A-NP0, M(a)3FG(b)A-GY(c), M(a)3FG(b)A-BK(c)'. (a) indicates the MI(g/min) or viscosity of its neat resin and is replaced with: 9 = 150~250, 3 = 40~80, 6 - 4~8 or 7 = 2~4. (b) indicates the content of glass fibre and is replaced numbers between 1 & 9 (9 indicating the maximum of 50%). NP0 indicates natural material, GY indicates grey material & BK indicates black material. (c) can indicate a random product number of each grade OR the ratio of carbon black and is replaced with numbers between 0 & 9.
Range of screw down stop valves with plastic bodies incorporating EPDM ‘O’-rings and seal. For use with PE-X pipe (manufactured to BS7291-3), BPB pipe (manufactured to BS7291-2) and copper pipe (manufactured to EN1057). Maximum working pressure and operating temperatures: 12.5 bar @ 20°C & 6.0 bar @ 65°C.
Bidet seat assembly which discharges via a sensor actuated solenoid valve and utilises a type `AB` airgap (verified by test - suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 5). The inlet incorporates a strainer and flow regulator. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water supply only.
Range of single hole, single outlet, fixed, electronically controlled combination tap assemblies, (chrome plated brass bodies). Flow is controlled via an infra-red activated solenoid valve and the spout outlets incorporate plastic aerators. A stainless steel braided PEX lined flexible hose connects the components. Maximum working pressure 8.0 Bar
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 45°C
Single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (chromium plated brass). Flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated by via an infra-red sensor. The spout outlets incorporate a plastic aerator and flow regulator. The tap incorporates a soap dispenser with separate dispensing nozzle. Maximum working pressure 8.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 55°C.
