'Klinger® Top-Chem 2005'. Red coloured, filled PTFE gasket material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Loctite EA 9480'. Site applied, two-component, white coloured (once mixed) epoxy adhesive. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated October 2014. Cure for 7 days@22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Key Plumb'. Clear, transparent (un-pigmented) solvent cement, (intended to join PVC pipe and fittings). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. Cure for 20 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'DESTONE DSC7500G6'. Black coloured, injection moulded polyketone material. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Thermolast K TF(1)WCS (natural) and Thermolast K TF(1)WCS-917 (black)’. Injection moulded TPE materials available in natural (appears cream) or black. Shore hardness between 60 & 90. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C. (1) Indicates the shore hardness 6=60 shore, 7=70, 8=80 & 9=90.
'ULTEM', injection moulded polyetherimide materials. For use with water up to 85°C. PW1000-1000, PW1000-1000 and PW1000-1000W (yellow coloured). PW2100-1000, PW2100-1000 and PW2100-1000W (brown coloured). PW2200-1000 & PW2300-1000 (beige coloured). PW2400-1000 (grey coloured). 'Novodur® SBM-90 Q203'. Natural (appears off-white), injection moulded thermoplastic resin. The natural material may be coloured using the following INEOS Styrolution colourants at the agreed maximum percentage concentrations by weight: Pigment White 6, Black 7, Blue 15:3, Blue 29, Brown 24, Red 101, Violet 15, Green 7, Green 17 & Yellow 53. For use with water up to 60°C.
Deck mounted single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assembly (chromium plated brass). The flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated via an infra-red sensor. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. Tempearture is controlled from a separate control unit incorporating a thermostatic cartridge, which is operated by a single lever on the side of the unit. The spout connects to the unit via a (transparent) PEX-b pipe. The inlets of the control unit incorporate a stainless steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The outlet of the unit incorporates a plastic flow regulator. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
