Pre-heat substrate to be coated for 15 minutes@200°C and coating applied as per manufacturer's TDS dated '22 August 2018'. Post-cure for 15 min@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Chosui Coat Grey'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed and applied), two-component epoxy resin coating, Mix base:hardener in a 2:1 weight ratio and apply as per PDS 'CN：IF438122003', dated '03/06/2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C and then 7 days@60°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kubota Powder TK1413F I'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's PDS '4384-23-403' dated '2023/11/16'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Fosroc Nitoseal SC600'. Site applied, grey coloured silicone sealant waterstop. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS issue '1.0', dated October 2024. Cure for 21 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval. These materials are for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992-3:2006 (Design of concrete structures – Liquid retraining and containing structures) with respect to normal frequency of joints. The material has been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre.
