Section Code 1610 : Wholesome water use.
Back To Directory SectionsRange of multistage centrifugal pumps, with stainless steel bodies (CRN models) or black coloured cataphoretic electrodeposition coated cast iron bodies (CR models), stainless steel sleeve and impellers. The products can be supplied with or without a sensor. Maximum working pressures (no. of stages in brackets): CR/CRN 95 (1-5): 16.0 bar. CR/CRN 95 (6-8): 25.0 bar. CRN 95 (9-12): 40.0 bar. CR/CRN 125 (1-4): 16.0 bar. CR 125 (5): 25.0 bar. CRN 125 (6-7): 25.0 bar. CRN 125 (8-12): 40.0 bar. CR 155 (1-4): 16.0 bar. CRN 155 (1-4): 16.0 bar. CRN 155 (5-6): 25.0 bar. CRN 155 (7-11): 40.0 bar. CR/CRN 185 (1-3): 16.0 bar. CR/CRN 185 (4-5): 25.0 bar. CR/CRN 185 (6-8): 40.0 bar. CR/CRN 215 (1-3): 16.0 bar. CR/CRN 215 (4-5): 25.0 bar. CR/CRN 215 (6-7): 40.0 bar. CR/CRN 255 (1-3): 16.0 bar. CR/CRN 255 (3-4): 25.0 bar. CR/CRN 255 (5-6): 40.0 bar. When a sensor is incorporated the maximum working pressure is as follows: 25.0 bar with either the IPS44 or VTU sensor, (unless they are used on a pump with a maximum working pressure of 16.0 bar, in this instance the lesser pressure applies). The MBS3000 sensor can be used on all models, the pump maximum working pressure applies. Cold water use only.
Range of two stage horizontal water pumps with plastic bodies, stainless steel impellers and shaft, incorporating EPDM gaskets and seals. The products also incorporate a non-return valve (not suitable for backflow protection) and an shock arrestor expansion vessel. Maximum working pressure 1.8 bar. Cold water use only.
Horizontal 5 stage pump with stainless steel body, stainless steel impellers, EPDM and silicone ‘O’-rings. Maximum working pressure 6.2 Bar. BS6920 40°C.
Range of vertical multistage pumps with either stainless-steel bodies or cast-iron bodies with a black epoxy powder coating, stainless-steel impellers, shaft and outer sleeve, EPDM ‘O’-rings and a silicon carbide + EPDM shaft seal. Maximum working pressure 25.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
Range of cold water supply booster sets, incorporating stainless steel manifold system connecting 2 or 3 wholesome water pumps. The set also includes spherical valves, non-return valves (not intended or suitable for backflow protection) and expansion vessels. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water supply only.
‘SCALA1 TWIN’ range of booster pump sets, comprising of two pumps with plastic bodies, plastic impellers, EPDM and NBR ‘O’-rings and an accessory set consisting of a base plate, plastic manifold and four brass spherical valves. Each pump incorporates a non-return valve. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar. Cold water use only.
‘SCALA 2’ integrated, self-priming, plastic bodied (compact) mains pressure boosting pump. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water use only.
`UPM3` range of single stage circulator pumps, with stainless steel or plastic bodies, plastic impellers, ceramic shafts and bearings, EPDM 'O'-rings and seals. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 99°C.
Range of horizontal self-priming multistage pumps with stainless steel bodies, stainless steel impellers, shaft and outer sleeve. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar Maximum operating temperatures: MH Three phase models 85°C, MH Single phase models 55.0°C and EH sp models 35°C.
‘Right Pump’ range of single and twin pumps with plastic bodies. The universal models incorporate a non-return valve on the outlet(s) of the pump body (x2 for the RP50TU model) and an expansion vessel. The twin models incorporate a bypass tube between each side of the pump. The inlet(s) of the pump body incorporate(s) a combined EPDM washer and stainless-steel strainer. The inlet and outlet hoses incorporate an isolation valve on the pushfit connection. The push fit connections are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN 1057). Maximum working pressure 1.5 to 3.6 bar (see model). Maximum operating temperatures 60°C.
