LCB700 range of internal and external oil-fired condensing combination boilers providing domestic hot water and pressurised central heating via a plate heat exchanger. The products are supplied with a temporary filling loop which incorporates a combined isolation valve and double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3), stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose assembly and an isolation valve. The primary (space heating) circuit incorporates an expansion vessel and a pressure relief valve (set at 3.0 bar). Operating parameters: Primary (space heating) circuit: Maximum working pressure 2.5 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 105°C. Secondary (DHW) circuit: Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of heat interface units (HIU) with either twin or single stainless steel copper brazed plate heat exchangers (depending on model) providing heating and hot water (twin unit) hot water only, or heating only. The hot water is generated via a plate heat exchanger. The primary (space heating) circuit incorporates an expansion vessel and a pressure relief valve (set at 3.0 bar). The product incorporates a CAb backflow prevention device (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3) for filling the heating circuit. The inlet and outlet of all circuits incorporate a lever operated spherical valve. Maximum working pressures and operating temperatures: Primary (district heating): 10.0 bar and 85˚C. Domestic hot water (DHW): 10.0 bar and 60˚C. Secondary (space heating): 2.5 bar and 80˚C.
Range of ice making machines which incorporate a solenoid valve to control the flow. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of commercial ice making machines which incorporate a solenoid valve controlling the flow. Maximum working pressure 7.8 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of water meters with plastic or brass bodies. The inlets incorporate a plastic strainer. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. RTKD range has a maximum operating temperature of 50°C. RTKD-L range has a maximum operating temperature of 30°C.
Ultrasonic water meter with a blue epoxy coated ductile iron body and EPDM ‘O’ rings. Maximum working pressure 16.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 50°C.
Range of water meter manifolds with plastic bodies. The inlets incorporate a spherical valve and a non-return valve (not suitable for back flow protection). Model MD1010101BM is for use with Irish Heavy gauge pipe manufactured to 15134/1977. All other models are for use with blue MDPE pipe manufactured to EN12201. Maximum working pressure 12.5 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of water meter manifolds with a plastic body and a spherical valve at the inlet. Models MB2012525DM & MB2010303DM incorporates two single check valve cartridges, all other models incorporate one single check valve however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection Model MB201010BM is for use with Irish Heavy gauge pipe manufactured to 15134/1977. All other models are for use with blue MDPE pipe manufactured to EN12201. Maximum working pressure 12.5 bar. Cold water use only.
`Groundbreaker Mk3` water meter box incorporating a concentric water meter manifold (plastic body) with screw down stop valve, single check valve (verified by test as suitable for backflow prevention up to fluid category 2) & compression fittings. The product is intended to be installed upon the external wall of a premises and incorporates internal insulation (insulation not verified by test). For use with MDPE pipe (manufactured to EN12201). Maximum working pressure 12.0 bar. Cold water use only.
