The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge incorporating a dome type operating member that also incorporates an override button. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic flow straightener and a self-cancelling diverter to the shower outlets. The inlets incorporate a stainless-steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge (however, the complete assembly has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides adequate backflow protection). Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar.
