Tenant valve assemblies with a DZR brass body consisting of water meter manifold, servicing valve and a pressure reducing valve (adjustable between 1.0 and 6.0 bar). The inlet incorporates two approved check valve cartridges, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3). Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar.
‘Satefy group’ with a brass inlet and a DZR brass body which incorporates a lever operated spherical valve, followed by an approved check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) and a plastic bodied pressure relief valve (set at 6.0 bar). The product incorporates a test point. The compression connections are for use copper pipe (manufactured to EN 1057). Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of cold-water inlet control groups consisting of an in-line, manually adjustable pressure reducing valve and a pressure relief valve pre-set at either 6.0 or 8.0 bar, housed within DZR brass bodies. The products incorporate approved check valve cartridges; however, the complete products have not been fully tested to demonstrate they provide backflow protection. The pressure reducing valves also have stainless-steel strainers. Maximum inlet pressure 16.0 bar. Cold water use only. CWIC351300 – Outlet pressure range 1.0 to 3.5 bar.
