The inlets of all other Easifit TMV models (push-fit connections) incorporate an approved check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Models Heat155002 Easifit & Heat155010 Easifit to be used with copper (EN 1057), PB (BS7291-2) & PEX (BS7291-3) pipe. All other models to be used with copper (EN 1057). Range of in-line, angled or ‘T’ type spherical valves with chromium plated brass, nickel plated brass, brass or DZR brass bodies and brass ball, EPDM ‘O’-rings/Washers and PTFE Seats, models are screwdriver or lever operated. Maximum working pressures: BVAL201200 models: 25.0 bar. All other models are 10.0 bar. Maximum working temperature 99°C.
Range of DZR brass expansion relief valves fitted within a manifold assembly. The valves are pre-set at 8.0 bar or 6.0 bar depending on model and incorporate and EPDM membrane, NBR ‘O’-rings. Product incorporates a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Cold water use only.
