From December 2023 the UPS25 prefix models can be supplied with EPDM inlet/outlet gaskets and the UPS32 prefix models can be supplied with fibre/NBR inlet/outlet gaskets. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 95°C (s/steel plate EN 1.4301/1.4401 models) or 99°C (s/steel cast EN 1.4308 models).
Range of single stage centrifugal pumps with bronze housings or plastic housings (see model) and plastic impellers. Maximum working pressure 6.0 bar (UP(S)(O) 15-XX CES87 130 model only), 10.0 bar (all other models). Maximum operating temperature 95°C.
Range of single stage end suction pumps with stainless steel or cast iron pump housings, EPDM ‘O’-rings and wear rings available in low-lead bronze/brass or stainless steel. Cast iron models are coated in black cathodic paint (textured finish) or black epoxy (smooth finish). The pumps are available with carbon graphite/silicon carbide mechanical shaft seal. Impellors are available in cast iron with black cathodic paint, low-lead bronze or stainless steel. The pumps are available with fixed flange, as well as loose flange (model dependent). Maximum working pressure 10.0 or 16.0 bar depending on model. Maximum operating temperatures: Stainless steel and cast iron with (smooth) epoxy coating pumps 85°C. Cast iron pumps with (textured) cathodic paint coating are cold water use only.
