‘Concept’ & ‘Advance’ ranges of atmospheric steaming ovens. The products incorporate a retractable triple layered hose on a reel and a push-button operated shower handset. The inlet of the shower handset incorporates a single check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection The water supply is controlled via a solenoid valve. The retractable hose has its own dedicated supply also controlled via a solenoid valve. The products are supplied with dual layer supply hoses (grey PVC outer layer/black PVC inner layer) with ¾” captive nut end connections, and chrome plated DZR brass ½” BSP (F) x ¾” BSP (M) double check valve assemblies (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3) for installation on each inlet. Maximum working pressure 4.0 bar. Cold supply only.

Note:
Cleaning chemicals and detergents used in the automatic spray washing function must not represent a Fluid Category risk higher than Fluid Category 3. The Fluid Category of risk associated with the retractable hose and self-closing trigger supplied with this appliance can only be determine by the Water Regulations/Byelaws (Scotland) department of the local Water Supplier in the area of installation, which will require a site specific risk assessment. Under Regulation/Byelaw 3 and schedule 2 paragraph 15, the installer must ensure sufficient backflow protection is provided in line with the findings of the risk assessment. R008 applies to the solenoid inlet.
