The TC-2 & TC-3 models (excluding TC-3 4435) are supplied using a solenoid valve and flexible connecting hose. TC-3 4435 model is supplied via an in-line pressure reducing valve, solenoid valve and spherical valve. Models TC-5 up to TC-20 are supplied via an in-line pressure reducing valve, solenoid valve and spherical valve. TC-10 model incorporates a dual spray outlet assembly, discharging the water at two levels. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water supply only.

The inlet of the shower handset incorporates a single check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection The water supply is controlled via a solenoid valve. The retractable hose has its own dedicated supply also controlled via a solenoid valve. The products are supplied with dual layer supply hoses (grey PVC outer layer/black PVC inner layer) with ¾” captive nut end connections, and chrome plated DZR brass ½” BSP (F) x ¾” BSP (M) double check valve assemblies (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3) for installation on each inlet.
