'Interline 925 White with Ceilcote 680M Primer'. Site applied, white coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating comprising of a two-component primer and two-component top-coat. 'Interline 925 White'. Site applied, two-component, white coloured epoxy coating. Cure for 7 days@25°C. Between January 2022 and August 2022, the coating was for use with water up to 23°C. Between September 2022 and January 2027, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. 'ePIPE® UK'. Site applied, red-brown coloured, two-part epoxy based coating consisting of a based and activator. 'UPS 505 WAU Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet ‘TDS – UPS505WAU - Version 6 – August 2022'. 'LOCTITE GeoSpray Mortar'. Site applied, grey coloured, geopolymer cementitious material. Mix 300g of powder with 60ml water and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'V: 09.06.2022'. 'Raymond Microsilica Modified Cement Mortar Standard A'. Site applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement/sand in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. To this add micro silica at 7%, achieved by mixing cement mix/micro silica in a mass ratio of 1:0.07 and water at 1:0.32 (cement mix/water). Add the MasterPozzolith 55R at a ratio of 2.2ml per kilo of cement. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘TDS/RI/2024/MMCM “Standard A’, dated ‘ 21 Feb 2024’. 'ES 988 DWPU'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'TDS507DWPU.rv2.17102018'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Sikagard®-180’. Site applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating consisting of Part A (grey coloured liquid) and Part B (colourless liquid). Mix Part A and Part B in a mass ratio of 87:13 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'MBS_CC-UAE/Pr_180_05_18/v9/02_22/v10/05_23/v11/01_24'. Cure coat 1 for 36 hours@20°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@20°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'LOCTITE® SF 770™' (known as 'LOCTITE 770'). Site applied, clear cyanoacrylate primer. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated May 2021. Cure for 30 seconds@20°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Subcote FLP II’. Site applied, two-component, green coloured (once mixed and applied) Polyurethane coating. Mix parts A & B in a 100:72 weight ratio and apply & then flush as per manufacturer's IFU 'IFU_Subcote FLP II_In-Situ Pipes_Issue 7_210921 RS EN'. Cure for 1 hour@3°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Sikadur-Combiflex® SG System’ comprising of ‘Sikadur® 31 DW’ epoxy adhesive to be used in conjunction with ‘Sika Combiflex® SG Membrane’. ‘Sikadur® 31 DW’ is a site applied, grey coloured, two-part epoxy adhesive consisting of Part A (white coloured) and Part B (black coloured). Part A and Part B are mixed in a weight ratio of 3:1, applied and cured for 14 days@30°C. ‘Sika Combiflex® SG Membrane’ is a modified flexible Polyolefin (FPO) waterproofing tape to be applied over the adhesive and is approved as the water contact layer. Apply as per ‘Sikadur-Combiflex® SG System’ System Product Data Sheet, ‘Edition: 24/10/2012, Identification no: 02 07 03 02 System, Version: GCC’. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Therma-Light Touch Up Paint'. Site applied, black coloured coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'TDS/CLP-L 44', dated '28/2/2024'. Cure for 7 days@22°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Corroless ACO Brush Grades RAL5005 (GB861) and Light Green (GB206)’ (formerly known as 'Acothane Brush Grades Blue & Green'). Site applied, blue or green coloured, two-part polyurethane coatings consisting of an amber coloured, liquid activator and blue or green coloured coating. Mix brush grade and activator in a 3.24:1 weight ratio. Apply as per technical data sheet dated Feb 2020. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
