'RAX Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:1.5:0.6 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-PRD-08', rev. '00', dated '01.02.2023'. Cure for 24 hours@28°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TM-cement-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix sand/cement/water in a weight ratio of 1.7:1.0:0.74 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TM20231122-A0', dated 2023-11-22. Cure for 6 hours@25°C (±2°C). Between November 2023 and November 2024, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. Between December 2024 and November 2028, the material is for use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Cleantech PW'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix component A and component B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's product data sheet 'CCPL/TDS/R11/CRC/17-18/04/R6/spray'. Cure for 7 days@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Pipeclad 704G'. Factory applied, green coloured fusion bonded epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Information '704G_TDS', revised 'August 16,2022'. Post-cure for 12 minutes@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the post-curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the post-cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
