'Monomix'. Site applied, grey coloured cementitious repair mortar. Mix Monomix and water in a mass ratio of 7.58:1. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'WS 9000'. Site applied, off-white coloured, fibre glass impregnated, polyurethane repair tape. Apply as per manufacturer's technical date sheet created '02/11/2010' and reviewed '30/01/2015'. Cure for 30 minutes@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EP80/2 BLK 'O'-rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Tested in-radius size 1.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.

'AJSIL-001'. Natural (appears white in colour), compression moulded silicone rubber material. Shore hardness 50. Tested in-radius size 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Permabond 102, 240, 105 & 2010'. Site applied, single-component, colourless adhesive/sealants. Apply as per manufacturer’s technical data sheets. Cure for 24 hours at 22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'THERMOLAST K TF5WHA, TF6WHB, TF6WHA, TF7WHB, TF7WHA, TF8WHB & TF8WHA'. Injection moulded, natural (appears off-white translucent) TPE materials with a shore hardness of between 55 and 85. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. The materials may be coloured using one, or any combination of, the following Kraiburg pigments (up to and including the maximum level included): Black (maximum level 3%). White (maximum level 2%).
