This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ELM EPX 13'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions to end users reference no. 'ELM/2019/10/001' dated '23/08/2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@130°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polyflon PTFE TC-7808-19 Grey PTFE Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 'June 8, 2012'. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Powercron 805 B'. Factory applied, blue coloured Acrylic coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'CR805B/CP826', dated 'Sep 12, 2024'. Cure for 30 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Powercron 451B'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'CR451B/CP573X', dated 'Sep 24, 2024'. Cure for 30 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'TML Dalmia Sulphate Resisting cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 1:1.50:0.50 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TSL/TSMD/DI/QA/TPI/DC/004', dated '09/06/2025'. Cure for 4 hours@28°C. Then 4 hours@45°C. Then 6 hours@40°C (humidity greater than 85%). Then 666 hours@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'A7G10E'. Black coloured, injection moulded PPA material. For use with water up to 85°C.
