'ANUBIT HB-1000'. Factory applied, black coloured bitumen coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'AE-TDS-023-2021', dated '02.08.2024'. Please note that use of a thinner isn't covered by the scope of this approval. Cure for 40 minutes@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jerlac High Build Bituminous Black'. Factory applied, black coloured bituminous coating. Apply as per manufacturer's work instruction document 'GPC/WI/10' issue no. '01', dated 03/01/2018. Cure for 72 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AMMT-021'. Factory applied, yellow coloured, two-component polyurethane coating. Components A and B are preheated to 65°C and then mixed & sprayed (using a thermal spraying instrument) in a volume ratio of 1:1 according to Application Instructions dated 'APR 2013'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'P.HSR 42.5-010Y'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's usage instructions 'JXT/JS02-10', edition '1/0', dated '2021-11-30'. Cure for 240 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe AC - 1003 Blue and Jotapipe AC - 1003 Green'. Factory applied, blue or green coloured fusion bonded epoxy coatings (manufactured in Dubai, U.A.E). Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated 26th September 2019. Cure for 2 minutes@245°C. The blue coating is for use with water up to 85°C. The green coating is for use with water up to 23°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'P.HSR 42.5-XP2501'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's usage instructions 'XP2503-010', dated '2025-03-25'. Cure for 240 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
