'Advashield PW'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS issued 1st September 2024. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MJ-6'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy resin powder coating. Mix in a 63%/21.8%/13.2%/2% ratio and apply as per manufacturers instructions 'v1', dated '06-05-2023'. Cure for 60 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Novus N34 & SF3300'. NBR/fibre gaskets which are white coloured on one side and dark cream coloured on the other, maufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Novus 20'. Yellow coloured, nitrile rubber/aramid jointing material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
‘FlatSeal™HMF10’. Orange coloured NBR/aramid fibre gasket material, manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'TIY 001'. Grey coloured (opaque), compression moulded GRP panel. For use with water up to 23°C.
'SJ-195120WT GRP Panel'. Off-white coloured, compression moulded GRP panel. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Klüberbeta VR 67-3500'. Cream coloured silicone grease intended for use as a lubricant. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Unisilkon TK 002/500'. Colourless lubricating oil. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Syntheso LM 220'. White coloured (opaque) lubricant grease. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 85°C.
