'Jotapipe IL 6001-120S'. Factory applied, blue coloured, fusion bonded epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat substrate to be coated for 15 minutes@200°C and coating applied as per manufacturer's TDS dated '22 August 2018'. Post-cure for 15 min@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Chosui Coat Grey'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed and applied), two-component epoxy resin coating, Mix base:hardener in a 2:1 weight ratio and apply as per PDS 'CN：IF438122003', dated '03/06/2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C and then 7 days@60°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polymer Admixture 850'. Site applied, white coloured liquid primer/sealer. Mix 'Polymer Admixture 850' & water in a volume ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet dated Jan 2023. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Revolve N-461 Natural'. White coloured polyethylene material manufactured by rotational moulding. For use with water up to 85°C.
'E7331'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.8mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘0548’. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. Between March 2023 and August 2023, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. Between September 2023 and March 2028, the material is for use with water up to 80°C.
'EP80R-01'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 1.5mm. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Butyl IIR 6038 diaphragm'. Black coloured, injection moulded Butyl diaphragm. Shore hardness 64 ShA. Tested in-radius size 1.25mm. For use with water up to 85°C.

The E2WXX, E2BXX & E2GXX models incorporate a solenoid valve controlling the flow, which includes a combined plastic and stainless steel strainer and a plastic flow regulator on its inlet. The E1WXX & EW1WXX models incorporate a manually operated push button valve controlling the flow and plastic strainer on the inlet. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 53°C. Cold supply only.
