'Xypex Concentrate'. Site applied, grey coloured, cementitious coating. Mix 'Xypex Concentrate' with water in a 5:2 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's datasheet 'DAT-CON-UK, REV-06-21'. Cure for 3 days@7°C in damp conditions, following by 18 days@7°C. Please note that 1 day cure = 24 hours. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ for use with ‘Conplast RP264 Admixture'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed) cementitious mortar and admixture. 'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ comprises of cement, sand and Microsilica. Mix cement and sand dry in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. Add the microsilica in a 1:0.05 mass ratio with the cement content. Add water in a cement/water mass ratio of 1:0.32. Add the admixture in an admixture/ cement ratio of 8ml:1000g. Mix rigorously until an even consistency is achieved and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions reference ‘2328’, dated 13/01/2023. Cure for 28 days@ between 10°C and 35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Mega Fix IT PW'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy putty. Mix Part A (white coloured putty) with Part B (cream coloured putty) in a 1:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's label instructions ‘00000765 Mega Fix-IT PW (MULTI Product Label) v3u.indd 16/05/19’. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Koro-HD'. Green coloured, NBR/fibre gasket material manufactured by calendering. For use with water up to 65°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
