Between August 2024 and January 2025, the coating is approved for use with water up to 23°C. Between February 2025 and August 2029, the coating is approved for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NMSP2104 M & ER2104A01SM'. The following coatings were added to the approval in March 2025: ER2209A01SC, ER2252A01SC, ER2259A01SC & ER2260A01SC. 'PRIMGREEN® ENDURANCE & Primgreen LAT 12035' primers for use with 'RILSAN® PA11 T BLUE 7444 MAC (16293), PA11 T GREY 5161 MAC (17203), PA11 T WHITE 1488 AC (17219) & PA11 T BLACK 7450 AC (17185)' coatings. Factory applied primers and powder coatings. The piece to be coated is to be pre-heated to 330°C for 10 minutes, the primer and coating applied in accordance with user instructions 'Dircom - 4418E/05.2015/20' and then cured for 10 minutes@330°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'FY Portland Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue reference 'FR20240910', dated '2024-09-10'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
