For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'POLYGEL-2136'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured (opaque) isophthalic gelcoat comprising of a resin and catalyst. Mix resin and catalyst in a 50:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Revision No. 10', dated 'SEPT 2024'. Cure for 3 hours@85°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TIANYI SUNS-011'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and mortar in a weight ratio of 1:1:0.35 and apply as per manufacturer's User Instructions 'Tianyi Suns-0023', version 'TYS-02', dated '2021-05-04'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AMMT-021'. Factory applied, yellow coloured, two-component polyurethane coating. Components A and B are preheated to 65°C and then mixed & sprayed (using a thermal spraying instrument) in a volume ratio of 1:1 according to Application Instructions dated 'APR 2013'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'P.HSR 42.5-010Y'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's usage instructions 'JXT/JS02-10', edition '1/0', dated '2021-11-30'. Cure for 240 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
