Cure coat 1 for 9 hours@25°C. Mix parts A & B in a 78:22 weight ratio and apply coat 2 as per manufacturer’s general method statement ‘MS - AD - Sikagard®-1816-01/2024’ and PDS '020303000000002044 Version 01.01', dated April 2024. Cure coat 2 for 14 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ODSi-PUMP111'. White coloured silicone grease. For use with water up to 85°C.
'ODSi-PUMP227'. White coloured fluorinated polymer grease. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Almona PE Electrofusion Fitting'. Black coloured, injection moulded polyethylene electrofusion fitting. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Brothers HDPE Electrofusion Fittings'. Black coloured, injection moulded, HDPE electrofusion fittings. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TORELINA® A670MWR1B'. Dark grey coloured, injection moulded PPS material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Almona PP-RCT 5 layered pipe' & 'Almona PP-RCT 3 layered pipe'. Extruded, multi-layered PP-RCT pipes. Both pipes have a green inner layer, grey second layer and green third layer. The 5-layer pipes then have an additional grey fourth layer and black outer layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Apitherm PP-RCT Class 2 & Class 5 Pipes'. Green coloured (the Class 5 pipes have a red stripe), extruded PP-RCT pipes. For use with water up to 85°C.
