Section Code 1465 : Combination boilers and Water Jacketed Tube heaters. Low volume water content. Heat retained in water heaters will cause expansion of water after closure of draw-off taps and valves. Provision for expansion of water must be made to accommodate excess pressure within the system. Particular care is required where check valves are positioned, or loose jumper valves are thought to be upstream of the heater.
Back To Directory SectionsRange of wall mounted combination boilers providing domestic hot water (DHW) via a plate heat exchanger and pressurised central heating (CH) system. Incorporating a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar and expansion vessel. Supplied with a filling loop assembly consisting of an in-line isolation valve, an in-line double check valve assembly which incorporates an isolation valve. Maximum working pressure Primary circuit (CH) 2.5Bar, Secondary circuit (DHW) 10.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 90.0°C
Range of wall mounted gas fired condensing instantaneous water heaters. Maximum working pressure 10.0bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
‘PREMIX’ range of wall hung, gas-fired condensing combination boilers providing domestic hot water via a plate heat exchanger. The pressurised central heating system incorporates an expansion vessel and pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar. The supplies to both the domestic hot water and primary circuit are controlled via spherical valves. Maximum working pressures: Primary circuit: 2.5 bar, Secondary circuit 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature both circuits: 80°C.
Range of indirect heat interface units (HIU) providing heating and instantaneous hot water. The central heating and hot water is generated via plate heat exchangers. Maximum operating pressure 10 bar (primary and DHW secondary). Maximum operating pressure 2.5 bar CH secondary Maximum operating temperature 90°C
