The products incorporate two check valve cartridges, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3), a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 1.0 bar and 3.0 bar (but pre-set at 2.5 bar for 523.815 model and 1.4 bar for the 523.816 model). The product incorporates a push type valve which allows water to flow when operated until the required pressure is achieved. There is a drain port below the push valve piston chamber. Compression connections are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN 1057). Maximum supply pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
Range of filling loop assemblies, comprising of a stainless-steel braided EPDM lined hose, isolation valve (screwdriver or lever operated) with a DZR brass body and a double check valve incorporating a built-in isolation valve (screwdriver or lever operated) a DZR brass body. The F1400120012211 model has an approved double check valve incorporating a built-in isolation valve with a DZR brass body at each end of the filling loop. All valves are nickel plated. The products are for use with copper pipe manufactured to BS EN 1057. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Filling loop assembly, comprising of a stainless-steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose assembly, an isolation valve (DZR brass body and ball) and a combined isolation valve and non-verifiable double check valve assembly (DZR brass body and ball) which incorporates 2 check valve cartridges, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3). The combined isolation valve and non-verifiable double check valve assembly incorporates a test point. The compression connections are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN 1057). Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water use only.
