Then mix and apply Sikalastic® M 649 Coating as per Product Data Sheet ‘MBS_CC-UAE/Sl_M_649_06_21/v3/01_24/v4/03_24’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PP8000 M62091'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet version '01-2018'. Cure for 7 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190'. Factory applied, blue coloured acrylic paint. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated February 2024. Cure for 21 days@23°C. Between April 2024 and July 2024, the paint is for use with water up to 50°C. From August 2024 the paint is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'HYDRALFUN AC NOIR PAM - CZL8579'. Factory applied, black coloured acrylic paint. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated July 2018. Cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Loctite EA 109'. Factory applied, grey/beige coloured, heat cured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS for Loctite ESP109 (product has changed name) dated July 2007. Cure for 2 hours@130°C. For use with water up to 85°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
