Mix cement, sand & water in a 0.6 : 1.0 : 0.22 mass ratio and apply as per work instructions 'WP-08-05 I', issue '04', rev. '0' dated '22.08.2024. Cure for 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Hempadur 35530 System’. 'Jindal Saw Limited Ordinary Portland Cement - 53 Grade'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a xx ratio of 1:1.5:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's Work Instructions 'JSAW/AP01/DISP/PRO/WI-09', version '2.0', effective date '01.05.2023'. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'KLINGERSIL® C-4240'. Off-white coloured NBR/fibre gasket material manufactured by calendering. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation.
'KLINGERSIL® C-4430'. NBR/fibre gasket material, which is green coloured one side and white coloured the other, manufactured by calandering. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
