'PRIMGREEN® ENDURANCE & Primgreen LAT 12035' primers for use with 'RILSAN® PA11 T BLUE 7444 MAC (16293), PA11 T GREY 5161 MAC (17203), PA11 T WHITE 1488 AC (17219) & PA11 T BLACK 7450 AC (17185)' coatings. Factory applied primers and powder coatings. The piece to be coated is to be pre-heated to 330°C for 10 minutes, the primer and coating applied in accordance with user instructions 'Dircom - 4418E/05.2015/20' and then cured for 10 minutes@330°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Novus N34 & SF3300'. NBR/fibre gaskets which are white coloured on one side and dark cream coloured on the other, maufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'AFM 34'. Beige coloured, calendered fibre gasket material. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio
'UNISILKON L 641'. White coloured (opaque) lubricant grease. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Relon A500 Nero 4095 GF30 K'. Black coloured, injection moulded, glass filled PA66 material. For use with water up to 80°C.
FORTRON® natural (appears cream) or black coloured, injection moulded PPS materials. For use with water up to 85°C. FORTRON® 1140L6 SD3002 BLACK DW (formerly known as FORTRON® 1140L6 BLACK SD3002). FORTRON® 1140L6 SF3001 NATURAL FORTRON® 4184L6 SF3001 NATURAL FORTRON® 4184L6 SD3002 BLACK DW (formerly known as FORTRON® 4184L6 BLACK SD3002). Grades manufactured in Celanese Nanjing: FORTRON® 1140L4 SF3001 NATURAL DW (formerly known as FORTRON® 1140 L4 SF3001 natur CN). FORTRON® 1140L4 SD3002 BLACK DW (formerly known as FORTRON® 1140 L4 SD 3002 black).
'BC245MO' & 'Bn BC245MO-90'. Natural (off-white), injection moulded polypropylene material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'1024 Titan Bladder'. Clear (translucent), extruded TPU bladder. Shore hardness 87. Tested in-radius size 0.48mm. For use with water up to 80°C.
'EP703904 'O' rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.5mm & 3.0mm. 'EP703904 Gasket Seal Rings’ were added to the approval in June 2024. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM gasket seal rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.75mm & 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Loctite 403'. Clear, liquid cyanoacrylate adhesive. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet reference ‘2.6’, dated August 2012. Cure for 72 hours@22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
