‘Renderoc ST 05’. Site applied, light grey coloured, two part cement based mortar consisting of a liquid (white coloured) and a powder (grey coloured paste). Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s instructions 'ST/June 2022'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote 480 FC'. Site applied, red coloured (once mixed), two part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix, apply and cure (fully dry) in accordance with manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 23/09/2021. For use with water up to 23°C.
'UPS 505 WAU Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet ‘TDS – UPS505WAU - Version 6 – August 2022'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Belzona 5892'. Site applied, epoxy coating consisting of Belzona 5892 (white – Parts A & B) & Belzona 5892 (grey – Parts A & B). Belzona 5892 (white – Parts A & B) are mixed in a weight ratio of 5.7:1 and then applied as a first coat (no cure) in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10106’, publication number ’04-11-20(01)’. Belzona 5892 (grey – Parts A & B) are mixed in a weight ratio of 5.7:1 and then applied to the white in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10106’, publication number ’04-11-20(01)’. The final coating is then cured for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Cementitious Coating 851 Grey'. Site applied, two part, grey coloured cementitious waterproof mortar which can be applied as a one-coat or two-coat system Mix liquid (Part A) and powder (Part B) in a weight ratio of 1:3.92 and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions 'Bulletin No.851 /031/012' dated July 2021. When using as a one-coat system cure for 21 days@7°C. When using as a two-coat system cure coat one for 1 hour@7°C and cure coat two for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Lawton Soldering Flux'. Opaque, cream coloured soldering flux in the form of a paste. For use with water up to 70°C.
'Devi Flosto GRP (SMC) Hot Press Moulded Tank Panels' (manufactured from SMC 523/35). Grey coloured, hot press moulded GRP panels with a thickness of between 3.0mm & 16.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘Polycor LP Gel Coat reinforced with Norsodyne H 13212 TAE laminating resin’. ‘NORSODYNE H 13212 BTAE laminating resin’ was added to the approval in July 2024. ‘Polycor LP Gel Coat’ is a brush or spray applied polyester resin gel coat, available in white or grey colours and is reinforced with Norsodyne H 13212 TAE or NORSODYNE H 13212 BTAE glass fibre laminate. Apply the brush grade as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet ‘7100’ dated 10.10.17 and apply the spray grade as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet ‘7200’ also dated 10.10.17. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LZFRP-GE-01'. Green coloured, GRE material manufactured by filament winding. For use with water up to 85°C.
