Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions 'Chemfix Polyester Styrene Free', rev. 1 dated 03/02/2022. Cure for 4 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'4270' components. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM rubber components with a shore hardness of 70. ‘O’ rings (in-radius 1.31mm), washers (in-radius 1.05mm) & membranes (in-radius 1.75mm) made in Italy. ‘O’ rings (in-radius 1.31mm) & washers (in-radius 1.05mm) made in China. In May 2024 ‘shaped seals’ (in-radius of 1.8mm) made in Italy, were added to the approval. In November 2024, lip seals (in-radius of 0.7mm) made in Italy, were added to the approval. For use with water up to 85°C.
