This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempaline Defend 630LT'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured epoxy coating. Mix base and cure agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's PDS dated November 2024. Cure for 3 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'H-451PW'. Factory applied, red coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user manual 'TWJ/H--451PW-20250120', dated 'January 1, 2025'. Cure for 7 days for 25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Bondrite S1016'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy putty. Mix Part A (white coloured putty) with Part B (cream coloured putty) in a 1:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS, issue date 'April 2025'. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'4300051 PVC Inner Hose (black coloured), 4300052 PVC Inner Hose (white coloured) & 4300053 PVC Inner Hose (blue coloured). Single layered, extruded PVC hoses. For use with water up to 65°C.

'PE002'. Blue coloured, extruded HDPE pipe. For use with water up to 60°C.
'aquatherm PE-RT pipe'. Off-white coloured, extruded PE-RT (Type 1) pipe. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Sangir Pipes'. Black coloured and blue coloured, extruded HDPE pipes. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Sangir Fittings'. Black coloured and blue coloured HDPE fittings. Blue coloured Fabricated Fittings (Extrusion Process+ Butt fusion Welding) and Injection moulded EF Fittings are for use with water up to 23°C. Blue coloured Injection moulded fittings are for use with water up to 65°C. Black coloured Injection moulded, Fabricated (Extrusion Process+ Butt fusion Welding) & Injection moulded EF Fittings are for use with water up to 65°C.
'Plastazote HD30 to HD110'. Extruded, HDPE foams available in natural (appears white) or black (appears dark grey). 'Evazote EV30 to EV50'. Extruded, EVA foams available in natural (appears white) or black (appears dark grey). 'Plastazote LD70’. Extruded, LDPE foams available in natural (appears white coloured) or black. For use with water up to 85°C. 'Plastazote LD15 to LD60’. Extruded, LDPE foams available in natural (appears white coloured) or black. For use with water up to 50°C.
‘2KPS EASF-V Fading Blue’ & ‘2KPS EASF-V Grey’. Site applied, two-part (resin & hardener is automatically mixed in a 10:1 volume ratio through dispensing nozzle) anchor resins. Apply and cure as per ’T Load’ cures set out in Table B3 of European Technical Assessment ‘ETA 14/0104’, dated ‘04/06/2023’. 2KPS EASF-V Fading Blue is for use with water up to 65°C. 2KPS EASF-V Grey is for use with water up to 23°C. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified in ’T Load’ cures set out in set out in Table B3 of European Technical Assessment ‘ETA 14/0104’ then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water.
'B8066'. Black coloured, compression moulded Chlorobutyl rubber material. Shore hardness 50. Tested in-radius size 1.05mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'HC-EP7001165PWRC'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'CSTD/BS6920-BA60' (shore hardness 60), 'CSTD/BS6920-BA70' (shore hardness 70) and 'CSTD/BS6920-BA75' (shore hardness 75). Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Tested in-radius size 1.05mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'07148-60'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘ELASTOSIL® R’ solid silicone rubber materials. The number in brackets indicates shore hardness. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. The following grades are natural and are for use with water up to 85°C. E indicates ELASTOSIL® AUX Crosslinker E. C1 indicates ELASTOSIL® AUX Crosslinker C1. Grades for extrusion and press moulding: R 401/20 E (shore hardness 20), R 401/30 E (30), R 401/40 E (40), R 401/50 E (50), R 401/55 E (55), R 401/60 E (60), R 401/70 E (70), R 401/80 E (80) & R 401/90 E (90).
